We at Market Solutions Sverige AB, 556898-0816 (hereinafter MSS) protect your personal integrity and we want to do our utmost to ensure that you can feel safe with how your personal data is processed by us. That is why we have established this policy. It is based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to safeguard your rights and privacy. Background

We process your personal data primarily to fulfill our obligations to you. Our starting point is not to process more personal data than is necessary for the purpose, and we always strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data. How do we get access to the personal data?

At the time a piece of information is no longer relevant for us or if we no longer have a legal basis to process this information, this information is deleted or de-identified as soon as possible and no later than 24 months from the said time. However, some data for statistical purposes, such as information from analysis tools such as Google Analytics, may be saved longer than that. We have chosen to only work with IT systems that have achieved a high security standard internationally, that continuously work to improve their built-in security and that, in the same way as we do, do their utmost to comply with the requirements set in the data protection regulation. Furthermore, our security systems are developed with your privacy in focus and protect to a very high degree against intrusion, destruction and other changes that may pose a risk to your privacy. In addition to this, we have developed internal routines and working methods to ensure that your personal data is handled securely. As an example, we aim for only employees and other people within the organization who need the personal data to perform their duties to have access to it.

You have the right to request a confirmation from us if we process personal data concerning you, and in such case to request access to the personal data that we process about you, a so-called register extract.
