MSS is not jointly responsible for personal data with another company/other organization. MSS lacks representatives and data protection officers.
MSS is a personal data processor in relation to some of its customers. MSS commits itself as personal data assistant to these customers in the company’s contractual terms.
Purpose of the treatment
MSS processes personal data for several different purposes, including to be able to perform our statutory and contractual obligations with our customers and otherwise to manage our customer relationships, but also to perform our labor law obligations for our employees.
Categories of data subjects and categories of personal data
MSS only processes personal data of persons over 18 years of age. The company only targets Swedish companies, which means that the company only processes personal data regarding people who are within the country’s borders.
MSS only processes the personal data that is needed to be able to fulfill our statutory and contractual obligations as well as the personal data that is otherwise required to maintain our obligations towards our customers. The company processes as little privacy-sensitive data as possible and no special categories of personal data/sensitive personal data at all.
Categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed
MSS may also disclose personal data to authorities or other organizations if required by law.
Transfers of personal data to a third country
MSS only has operations in Sweden, which means that all personal data processing will take place in Sweden. However, it may happen that MSS engages an IT provider with servers located in a third country, but in this case security is maintained by us only choosing IT providers that have achieved an internationally high security standard and that include a personal data processing agreement in their terms of use. We do this to ensure that the data protection regulation is complied with even if transfers are made to third countries. See also our privacy policy.
Deadlines for deletion of the various categories of personal data
MSS strives not to process personal data for a longer time than is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing. At the time a piece of information is no longer relevant for us or if we no longer have a legal basis to process this information, this information is deleted or de-identified as soon as possible and no later than 24 months from the said time. General description of technical and organizational security measures
When designing computer programs, MSS has largely taken into account the principles of built-in data protection and data protection as standard. Due to the fact that MSS does not process special categories of personal data / sensitive personal data, we judge that excessively far-reaching security measures do not need to be taken.
